The primary objective of a Sales Support is to assist the sales team in order to increase efficiency and company standards. Their role includes assisting with day-to-day activity and providing support to the dealer sales with completing administrative tasks.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with all processes and training as related to Dealer Sales
- Responsible for account setup and account management within NAV
- Responsible for administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
- Backorder Emails
- Credit References
- UPS Claims/Returns/Credits
- I/E Group Application Processing
- Assist with daily web orders to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide overall support in all sales-related activities
Expectations
- Maintain quality services by adhering to company mission statement, policies, procedures, and values
- Aide team in executing sales plan directives
- Be proficient in NAV, K-Net, and other systems related to order taking and account maintenance
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials
- Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements to management
- Contribute to team effort by assisting with related results as needed
