Dealer Sales Support

The primary objective of a Sales Support is to assist the sales team in order to increase efficiency and company standards.  Their role includes assisting with day-to-day activity and providing support to the dealer sales with completing administrative tasks.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with all processes and training as related to Dealer Sales
  • Responsible for account setup and account management within NAV
  • Responsible for administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
    • Backorder Emails
    • Credit References
    • UPS Claims/Returns/Credits
    • I/E Group Application Processing
  • Assist with daily web orders to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide overall support in all sales-related activities


  • Maintain quality services by adhering to company mission statement, policies, procedures, and values
  • Aide team in executing sales plan directives
  • Be proficient in NAV, K-Net, and other systems related to order taking and account maintenance
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials
  • Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements to management
  • Contribute to team effort by assisting with related results as needed
