The primary objective of a Digital Marketer is to promote Kinsey’s Inc. and all of the Kinsey’s Inc. business units through the use of digital media. This includes mediums such as social, google, Youtube, internally owned websites, and other digital platforms. A digital marketer will be responsible for creating, implementing, and reporting on campaigns that return a positive ROI.

o Prior experience using WordPress, Adwords, and SEO best practices
o Ability to think in business terms- understands ROI (Return on Investment)
o Understand the concept & process of sales and customer acquisition
o Outdoor enthusiast, who participates in hunting and other outdoor activities
o Archery knowledge preferred
Principal Duties & Responsibilities applicable for all Kinsey’s Inc. business units.
o Implement sales and marketing plans at the direction of the Creative Director
o Create & Manage google AdWords campaigns
o Develop and promote Youtube Channels
o Coordinate with Social Media Contractor to implement social campaigns
o Measure ROI on all digital advertising initiatives
o Promote company websites through all mediums available
o Write blogs, editorial pieces, and promotional backlinks
o Interact and coordinate with numerous departments including consumer brands, sales, purchasing, and management.
o Manage B2B and B2C email lists as well as growth thereof.
o Manage a “giveaway” budget for promotional uses returning a positive ROI
o Assist in item level data management that correlates to website sales and website maintenance/development.
o Stay current on digital trends and development of SEO best practices
o Intimately understand all business units and their unique goals
o Maintain a high level of accuracy, speed and efficiency
o Increase sales through directed campaigns that return positive ROIs
o Be proficient in Adobe Suite, Google AdWords, all Social Platforms, and email marketing
o Be proficient in WordPress editing and creation
