Internal Sales Representative – Key Accounts

Reporting to: Director of Sales – Alternate Channels

Job Location: Mount Joy, PA 17552

The ideal candidate for this position would be driven by a desire to enhance customer satisfaction, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This candidate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day communications with key sales accounts. Accuracy, adaptability, organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, enthusiasm and good communication skills are necessary assets for this individual to possess.

Position Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • 1-3 years of experience bow hunting preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Publisher, & PowerPoint
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of archery/hunting products
  • Detail oriented and results driven
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current key customers
  • Identify and recruit new accounts
  • Populate data sheets, forecast templates, and other sales data forms
  • Drive sales goals within assigned sales channels
  • Track individual account performance using various software solutions
  • Assist in the creation of incentive programs for current customers
  • Assist external departments in reaching company goals
  • Contribute to the creation of promotions
  • Contribute to the creation of new products
  • Create and execute high-level sales presentations
  • Research and analysis of sales trends
  • Prepare pricing quotes
  • Manage customer issues, deliveries, chargebacks, etc.
  • Some travel required
