OEM Sales Representative

The ideal candidate for this position would be driven by a desire to enhance customer satisfaction and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This candidate will be responsible for handling the sales communications with OEM (original equipment manufacturing) accounts. Accuracy, adaptability, organizational skills, the ability to learn quickly, enthusiasm and good communication skills are necessary assets for this individual to possess.

Position Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • 1-3 years of experience bow hunting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of archery/hunting products
  • Detail oriented and results driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with OEM customers
  • Identify and recruit new OEM customers
  • Drive sales goals with OEM customers
  • Contribute to the creation of new products
  • Communicate and coordinate projects with domestic and foreign suppliers
  • Create and execute high-level sales presentations
  • Prepare pricing quotes
  • Populate forecast templates and other sales data forms
  • Track individual account performance using various software solutions
  • Research and analysis of sales trends
  • Manage customer issues and deliveries
  • Some travel required
