The primary objective of a Social & Multimedia Marketer is to promote all of the Kinsey’s Inc. business units via social media and email list utilization. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc. to promote our brand visions and create buzz about the capabilities and product lines. Primary duties will include content creation and idea conception along with outreach execution. They will be willing and able to capture and edit video that is primarily focused on outdoor, archery, firearms, and hunting pursuits.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Write compelling and engaging social media posts, blogs, threads, editorial pieces, press releases and video scripts with call-to-action in mind to support the sales and marketing plans
- Have an eye for visuals and the ability to use industry graphic design tools to create efficient templates for posting
- Act as community managers, empathizing and striking an appropriately conversational tone while sharing deep, succinct product knowledge to promote company websites. Respond in a timely matter to satisfy/pacify customers
- Leverage social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, and act as a guide when it comes to measuring and interpreting social media metrics, performance and KPIs
- Craft and editing pertinent content via video utilizing in-house equipment or personal smart phone to produce timely content that will educate and appetize our clients
- Manage a budget for sponsored social media content to support the social media marketing plan
- Stay current on digital trends and development of SEO best practices
- Accommodate high-paced needs through open communication and efficient design
- Attend all relevant company events to obtain and capture content
