The primary objective of a Production Specialist is to prepare and pack merchandise for shipping, receive merchandise, pick items for customer orders and participate in a unified manufacturing process for Kinsey’s Arrow production and Consumer Brands Division production. Both attention to detail and accuracy are paramount while functioning as a Production Specialist.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and packing merchandise into suitable shipping containers in a timely fashion
- Packing merchandise with consideration given to protection of items
- Shipping scale operation
- Responsible for the timely and accurate receiving of merchandise into inventory
- Unloading of freight by hand, pallet truck, or with a fork truck
- Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of dealer orders
- Processing orders with consideration to neatness and using the least number of shipping cartons
- Operating build templates and assisting with production tickets
- Inform supervisor of problems with materials, machinery, or production builds
- Product assembly & production for consumer brands division
- Responsible for the timely and accurate fletching of arrow shafts on fletching tables and machine. Performing both hand and machine fletching.
- Process arrow orders from arrow manufacturing to W2
- Quality control inspections
