Employees have access to indoor and outdoor archery ranges as well as indoor pistol/rifle ranges. Range facilities vary per location, but usage is always free of charge regardless of primary work location.

Kinsey’s brands division is seeking a Product Design Engineer to lead product development initiatives on a contract basis. This 1099 role is ideal for a self-drive professional who excels in concept creation, supplier coordination, and product testing. The Product Design Engineer will work closely with internal and global manufacturing resources to design reliable, cost-effective concepts.
Here are some key things we are looking for in an individual:
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Clear Verbal & written communication
- Self-motivation, dedication & discipline
- Leadership through design & engineering
- Proficient in design software (such as CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the outdoor industry
